One artist who i actually wound up sounding very similar to is Melissa Ferrick. I’m more familiar with the first half of her catalogue, but aside from the fact that she writes in Emajor shapes much more than i do, some of my songs could easily be covers of hers. One in particular is “deadweight” which sounds just like her “‘Till You’re Dead.” Compare audio: me vs. her.
