My tweets of the last week:
- @marykateruf I already do dynamic stretch, but I should get one of those weirdo cramp-rubbing-out sticks that the guys have for running :) in reply to marykateruf #
- Zeitgeist is a funny thing. @amanda_nan told us about Hunger Games @ T-Give. Now seemingly everyone I know is talking about or reading it.. #
- This day has been completely insane starting from being in my (awesome) dentist's office at 7:45. Seven hours later, still wanting breakfast #
- Finished Hunger Games trilogy in 3 days. 1st book is fascinating, 3rd nearly a classic, but squanders goodwill on a weak, nonsensical ending #
- @JuliaEveHays The first is just utterly spellbinding. Hardly a bad page in it. in reply to JuliaEveHays #
- Sorry for not exercising last night? A lot. Regret of watching The Fountain in Blu-Ray instead? Not at all. So pretty. #
- @heidigenrich The Blu-Ray is so beautiful. It has so many dark, inky blacks that I've been refraining from the DVD since we got a flatscreen in reply to heidigenrich #
- A slew of shows upcoming in Philly, & still seeking more acoustic opportunities at restaurants or art galleries. Know somewhere I can croon? #
- Shows so far: Garbage tribute @ Tritone on 1/29, Filmstar @ Dobbs on 2/11, Arcati Crisis @ Dorian's Parlor 3/12 & Fergies 4/2. Details TK! #
- @brimil One of my job assignments for tomorrow is to respond to you on twitter. Oh, the peculiar comedy of our lives. in reply to brimil #
- @SmashleyDubs @pattypunker @ryandaniel @melissa_shae Was just thinking of putting together a late feb after work escapade for us. Shall we? in reply to SmashleyDubs #
- @brimil My serious withdraw symptoms from hanging out with you are no joke. It's a wonder I can function day to day. in reply to brimil #
- Meanwhile, I am now 12 minutes late for pre-rehearsal dinner. I think @arcati81 is presently breaking into my house to heat up her food. #
- @amanda_nan As well as a show on the night I wanted to see the @foolingapril Rubber Soul / Revolver show. Hard to turn down a good booking. in reply to amanda_nan #
- Oh, things i cannot say on Twitter. I yearn sometimes for my year 2001 blog where I could say any damn thing about anything. #
- @sierrahurtt That's what the music is for, I suppose :) in reply to sierrahurtt #
- Who is your favorite original Star Trek character/actor? I'm torn between Spock/Nimoy and Sulu/Takei. Watching Voyage Home before turning in #
- @schmidtultra The first four episodes of season 3 are some of the best, most batshit-crazy television ever made. in reply to schmidtultra #
- Woke up with a weird amalgam of CCR's "Have You Ever Seen the Rain" and Reel Big Fish's "Sell Out" i my head. Don't think they really match. #
- This week is my 1st extended use of @Radian6's Engagement Console, & it is AWESOME! Best team tool for SM monitor/response I've seen so far. #
- Cricket's wireless broadband continues to be unreliable; paired w/their nonsensical billing service makes them one of my least fav brands. #
- @foolingapril No, it's me letting you down – my band got booked for the same evening ;( – relying on you to play it again over the summer. in reply to foolingapril #
- Is there anything worse than a tattoo in a bad font? It's your body, not a greeting card from the 90s. #
- @k8iedid I dunno, that could be timeless. Depends on where it is and if it's Disney. Bad fonts are timeless in a different kind of way. in reply to k8iedid #
- @AllThingsGwen @GingerlyJ As a kid I always seasoning with Herbamare, which is sea salt derived. Didn't think people REALLY used salt @ home in reply to AllThingsGwen #
- @phillydesign @k8iedid Do I recall I font called Mystical? With, like, a really meaningful Y? Cause it was that, on this dude's ankle. in reply to phillydesign #
- @kierankelly It's like teacup celebrities. The 15 minutes is going to be literal soon. in reply to kierankelly #
- @Krochmal Black Swan. Did we ever have that chat? I've grown progressively more obsessed as weeks go by. in reply to Krochmal #
- @Krochmal Very similar to my opinion – was too distracted being a (good) suspense flick to fulfill all the ballet promises it made early on. in reply to Krochmal #
- @thecpmcd Howabout getting a tat in another language that isn't translated correctly, & then having native speakers laugh at you? Seen that. in reply to thecpmcd #
- Blue Cross Broad Street Run (@ibxrun10) registration is open! Planning to run? Get the Groupon for Philadelphia Runner http://bit.ly/fp8X2J #
- @romez @DeannaIngeno No coincidence – I got tired of changing all the urls/handles to a new number every year, and took advantage of 2010 :) in reply to romez #
- Won't lie; I'm a little nervous about doing justice to my fav band w/one of my fav local singers @ my 1st Garbage rehearsal w/ @sierrahurtt #
- Y'all better clear your calendars for Saturday 1/29, because @sierrahurtt singing Shirley Manson unplugged is a stunner. Tritone, starts @ 6 #
- @Charlie_O Did you read the #boehner article from the new Rolling Stone? Meandering, but a total takedown. Full text on their site. in reply to Charlie_O #
- My upcoming shows: Garbage in grrl tribute @ Tritone on 1/29, Filmstar @ Dobbs on 2/11, Arcati Crisis @ Dorian's Parlor 3/12 & @ Fergies 4/2 #
- All the comments about @ibxrun10 on Twitter & FB are amazing. I'm actually getting teary about the community around our run /cc @socialbrown #
- @CathleenRitt Except for that #1 hit he had with Gnarls Barkley four years ago, "Crazy," called by Rolling Stone "best song of the decade." in reply to CathleenRitt #
