Ugh, … one ugly thing about moving to a new site is changing the addresses of all of my links and pictures. Even the ones that were done relatively (“/krisis/graphics/picture.gif”) rather than by exact url will be wrong, and i’m sure i’ll be moving things around. This mostly can be solved without too much mess, but pictures i’m serving to external places like shafted and to here will need to be changed in the archives one by one. Ugh….

I think my goal for the day is to get some fresh links from other blogs. Ever since i went into hibernation with the start of classes it’s as if i feel off the face of the earth (when really i just fell off the face of P.B), and it’s not any fun at all. Blogging can be at its best as a frantic exchange of compliments and hissy fits over the spread of several pages that a bewildered reader has to hunt down one by one. And no, i’m not talking about that idiot incessant cliqueness that some blogs have with other blogs, i just mean flurries of interrelated posted activity ending with a loud raspberry or a deserved permanent link on my sidebar. Yes, i want one of those days!

I dreamt that i got mad referrals and mentions on other sites after slamming Eminem’s performance on SNL last night. Honestly i thought he was okay, but both the performances were lacking something. “Stan” went over well with Dido there to help out, but it comes off much more trance-like on the album. And “Real Slim Shady” just felt like it totally lacked energy. Usually i’m pretty impressed with Eminem when he performs live because he raps much better out of the studio, but last night left me nonplussed.
