MSNBC: “An earlier report of a car bomb exploding outside the State Department was later denied,” although this report continues to be distributed. In a almost adorable display of useless American machismo President Bush vowed to “hunt down the folks who committed this act” … and poke them with pitchforks? Who knows.
MSNBC is the only operational site after my hour away from the computer. Now i’m off to give a tour, but rest assured i’ll keep dissecting as the day goes by.
All flights nationally have been grounded. Philly Stock Exchange is being evacuated.
American Airlines Flight 11 which was meant to be heading from Boston to Los Angeles. There are reports that one of the WTC towers has collapsed. I’ll continue coverage after doing some real work; one of our international counselors just got back into the country and is beside herself and so i’m taking over for her today.
