Near Mint Condition recently announced another new Marvel omnibus coming our way in January 2027, and this is one we all knew was coming: Secret Wars: Battleworld Omnibus Vol. 4!
Secret Wars: Battleworld Omnibus Vol. 4 completes the four-volume set collecting all of the tie-in mini-series and one-shots to Jonathan Hickman’s 2015 Secret Wars event series. This is the first time Marvel has taken an approach like this – splitting up event tie-ins into more than just a “Main” and “Companion” volume and covering everything connected to the event.
Personally, I’m not that high on this book and its contents. These event mini-series were a bit hit-or-miss. The fun part is that each one is its own self-contained Elseworlds story – something Marvel doesn’t do all that often. So, if you love stories about recognizable superheroes that aren’t quite a part of their typical continuity, this one is for you!
