I’m supposed to be relating all sorts of details from this weekend right now, as per request of several real-life readers. It’s funny, because i first installed a blog on my page just to have a place to lay down random thoughts, and now it’s become a clearinghouse for the emotions i (c/w/sh/)ouldn’t ever say to someone’s face. And, that wasn’t ever really my intention, but in a way it’s turned this from a random whiney websight into some sort of insidious emotional tool. And every tool is a weapon if you hold it right, but in this case i’m just not sure what sort of grip i’ve got on it….

I slept on a floor other than my own last night; not because i was tired or drunk or anything like that, but because i already had people sleeping on my floor and didn’t really want to step over them to get to my bed. Anyhow, sleeping on the floors is always good for my back. All of this came at the end of a day full of PiNu convention festivities, one of which involved me dancing to the whole of “Rapper’s Delight,” a feat i’ve never managed before in my life. I suppose having the right partner makes all the difference…

Let me tell y’all a story. Boy meets girl. Boy thinks girl is adorable but doesn’t say a word, because he never says these things (in person). Girl reads boy’s website and then asks him if he wants to do something over break. Boy leaves the state, and doesn’t get to see girl at all when he returns (not realizing she lives a stone-throw from his own house). Boy falls madly in love with someone else, and stops thinking about girl as much as he had been. Girl goes on with her life and starts dating a really sweet guy. Boy falls madly out of love. Boy and girl meet again four months later, and they realize they missed their chance one or two too many times for their own good. They hold hands for a while and then say goodnight. The end.

I just cursed my mom out on the phone. It’s a shame that she had to draw my fire, but it couldn’t be helped. Every so often i just get tired of being nice to everyone just so i can be a good person and decide instead to be a huge bitch. My mother called me at work at 9:30am and started whining about how i should break my lease and move home, and it got to the point where i just said “Fuck you,” and hung up on her. I’m sure i’m going to pay for that later, as i’ve never met a woman who enjoys being hung up on, but i don’t enjoy being fucked with, so we’re even.
