Isn’t it funny how i can resist blogging all day and then start with an hour left? That’s so like me. Anyhow, AMkitchen‘s facelift was all beauty and no content, because honestly all of the breaking songwriting content is on here. If i pass my Studio final i should have tons of new content next semester (crosses fingers). Meanwhile … gosh, i don’t know. Garbage is still on and i know all the words.

I just ate a ton of red meat (still feels dirty), posed for a lot of pictures (none suitable for posting, though my hair is sexy), and wrestled (i won best 2 out of 3) for the past five hours. And at some point in there we inducted new members into our Fraternity. Our new tradition? The lightest member of the previous pledge class wrestles the lightest member of the executive board! I was pitted against our chapter president Lisa. My side piledriver definitely was the highlite!

I’m thinking about ditching the idea of getting my combined Bachelors and Masters degrees in my five year stay at Drexel. As much as i want my Masters degree, the amount of classes i have to squeeze into my schedule makes me a bit queazy, and i would have to sacrifice one co-op job. And, co-ops are the only thing that makes my program worthwhile. So, i’m not sure what to do. I might actually take a second minor, this time in Information Systems. Our IST program is one of the best in the country, and that would give me more marketability in technical journalism fields. … ok, that’s enough about real life….

I might wind up with a C in dreaded Philosophy, but my papers are ready to be handed in, so i won’t do any worse then that (unless he decided to be really heartless and gives me a D on both papers, which i would be insulted by just a tad). I sorta skipped a final to finish the second paper, but i can catch it again later today. All that’s left now is a paper over the weekend a handful of tests next friday. And then it’s off to Florida. Yep, nonstop fun. At least i finally bought a compact disc player for the flight down…

I just blocked my own mother on instant messenger. If you think that sounds harsh, you obviously missed out on my briefly posted page-long rampage after i finally cut her off. Basically, for as busy as the woman claims to be, she has totally forgotten about the concept of school and has never done anything vaguely extra-curricular, so she just doesn’t seem to grasp the concept of my schedule even though she says “oh, i know, i’m busy too.” Alone-time and friends are just about the only hi-lites of my life right now, and maybe when i’m on co-op i’ll be a bit more cheery about evenings, but at this point i dread even taking a single phone call. Anyhow, i even mentioned that i was in the middle of writing a paper and she kept talking. I mean, god bless her, but if she wants to just jabber at me endlessly she should either get a blog or email me. I mean endless jabber is what blogging and email are for, right?
