This is a list of EVERY 2024 Marvel Omnibus (and January 2025, too!) complete with ISBNs, explanations of what’s in the book, and links to the comic guides and reading orders that contain their full contents. That’s 126(!) books.

This past Sunday I was overjoyed to get to spend the afternoon with my dear friend Omar on Near Mint Condition (as well as a live chat full of Minties) as we recapped the 42 new and reprinted Marvel omnibuses solicited for August through the end of this year (plus January 2025).

I was going to simply recap those books to you again here in text. Then I thought… maybe we should do MORE. What use is an omnibus list that randomly starts in August? And what use is the same list of books you could get on a Wikipedia page?

So, instead, here is a list of every 2024 Marvel Omnibus (and January 2025, too!) with links to the Crushing Comics guides that contain their full contents (and how to collect the material around them) as well as my thoughts on the significance of most of the books.

Note that all release dates are tentative right up until they arrive! We’ve seen some books be delayed by a week or two in recent years, or even as much as six months in the cases of some of the early-2024 books that were originally solicited for 2023.

Recapping the 42(!) Marvel Omnibuses announced for August 2024 through January 2025 – LIVE on Near Mint Condition

We interrupt your regular weekend wall-to-wall Drag Race coverage for this special announcement: I’m going LIVE with Omar on Near Mint Condition at 2:30pm US ET to review every Marvel omnibus announced from August 2024 through January 2025. That’s 42 new and reprint omnibuses!

Unlike our recent Evergreen shows, this show is pure high-quality analysis of why these omnibuses were announced, what they contain, and if you should check them out. I think this is one of the strongest release slates Marvel has ever had – there’s really just one or two books I think are weak, and only one I’d call “garbage.”

Debating our Evergreen DC Omnibus List – LIVE on Near Mint Condition

Are you ready to rumble? Tomorrow, on Thursday 22 February at 5:30 pm US ET I’m live with Near Mint Condition to share my Evergreen DCOmnibus List – that means the books should never go out of print!

Omar of Near Mint Condition, Jess the Omnidog, Lars of Mad Norwegian Press, and more distinguished panelists will share their lists, too… and then we’ll fight tooth and nail over our officially endorsed Evergreen DC Omnibus List of 10 books.

It’s the show that is half serious recommendations, half a cut-throat game show of all of us trying to block other people’s recommendations so that all of our own make the list. How many Batman books will make the cut? Can we manage to shut out all of Omar’s choices for the second stream in a row?

Announcing the 2024 Most-Wanted Marvel Omnibus Reprint Poll – LIVE on Near Mint Condition

Mark your calendars for tomorrow at 1pm ET US (7am NZT), when I’ll be joining Omar on Near Mint Condition for a very special show! It’s his first time broadcasting a live stream to kick off the start of the annual Near Mint Condition Most-Wanted Marvel Omnibus Reprint Poll!

Each year, Omar polls his viewers and the internet at large to choose the existing Marvel omnibuses that are most in-demand for a reprint. While this isn’t an official Marvel poll, last year 19 of the 20 books wound up being announced for reprint in the following 18 months! That’s a 95% success rate.

Tomorrow, Omar and I will be joined by Taylor Talks Comics to run down every Marvel omnibus that isn’t currently available at the distributor level to comic stores and book shops. Then, we’ll open the polling live for everyone to make their top picks.
