It’s the most wonderful time of the year for Marvel Omnibus fans – time for the Tigereyes Most Wanted Marvel Omnibus 13th Annual Secret Ballot! This post explains every Defenders omnibus that does NOT exist – all of which will appear as options on the 2025 poll.

For the next two weeks, I’ll be covering Marvel’s entire publishing history by mapping missing omnibus volumes to fill in every gap in your Marvel oversize shelf! That’s all leading to the kickoff of the Tigereyes Most Wanted Marvel Omnibus 13th Annual Secret Ballot on Near Mint Condition on April 28, 2025.

We only have two Defenders omnibuses so far – both from the classic line of Masterworks-based books. We got The Defenders Vol. 1 in 2021 and The Defenders Vol. 2 in 2023… but no Volume 3 announced for 2025!

You know what that means: it’s time to get to voting!

This post explains every Marvel Team omnibus that does NOT exist (other than of Avengers, Defenders, Guardians of the Galaxy, & X-Men) – all of which will appear as options on the 2025 poll.

What teams are we talking about? I’m so glad you asked! This post covers Agents of Atlas, Alpha Flight, Champions, Clandestine, Damage Control, Eternals, Heroes for Hire, The Inhumans, The Invaders, The Lost Generation, New Warriors, Nextwave, Power Pack, Runaways, Squadron Supreme, and Thunderbolts.

Some of those teams only have a single omnibus worth of material. Others have already had several omnibuses published and just need one or two to reach complete coverage.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year for Marvel Omnibus fans – time for the Tigereyes Most Wanted Marvel Omnibus 13th Annual Secret Ballot! This post explains every Blade, Ghost Rider, & Midnight Sons omnibus that does NOT exist – all of which will appear as options on the 2025 poll.

Maybe you didn’t realize it, but we’re in a Golden Age of Ghost Rider in omnibus! We’ve just had two volumes of his 1990s series announced for release just 13 months apart. For a series that was almost entirely uncollected as of two years ago, that’s pretty amazing.

Of course, that gives us a grand total of just four Ghost Rider omnibuses – there are so many more we need to completely cover the many iterations of the character.

Meanwhile, there’s the remainder of Marvel’s spookiest characters, many of whom are known collectively as the “Midnight Sons.” We have single omnibuses for Blade, Hellstrom, Man-Thing, Morbius, & Werewolf by Night, but all of them could use at least one more volume. Plus, Darkhold and Terror Inc. have never had an omnibus. Oh, heck, let’s throw Dracula in there, too… he turns out to hav more solo material than most of those Midnight Sons!

New Comics & Collected Editions Releases: Image Comics – April 23 2025

This week in Image Comics: Medieval Spawn’s origins, Supermassive one-shots collected, Dust to Dust’s mid-series mystery, Duke vs. Cobra Commander, Power Fantasy’s Second Summer of Love turns to hate, a silent Roadblock, a dull assortment of Crises, and more!

The Krisis Pick of the Week: I can’t pick anything other than The Power Fantasy (2024) #8, not only because the series is embedded in my Top 12 of 2025 every damn week but because this is the second half of a hotly anticipated tale revealing more of the background of what makes this super-powered world history so different than our own.

This post includes every comic out from Image Comics this week on April 23 2025, plus collected editions. This isn’t the typical comic releases post you can find on other sites. Why? Every Missing Thor Omnibus, Mapped | 13th Annual Tigereyes Most-Wanted Marvel Omnibus Poll

It’s the most wonderful time of the year for Marvel Omnibus fans – time for the Tigereyes Most Wanted Marvel Omnibus 13th Annual Secret Ballot! This post explains every Asgard & Thor omnibus that does NOT exist – all of which will appear as options on the 2025 poll.

We’re getting a major Thor omnibus later this year – The Mighty Thor Vol. 5 from his classic line! That brings us just two volumes away from a continuous oversize shelf that reaches Walt Simonson’s material. Meanwhile, 2024 brought us two modern Thor omnibuses in Thor by Straczynski & Gillen and Thor by Cates & Klein – which mean we now also have continuous coverage of Thor from 1998 to 2023!

That makes Thor perhaps Marvel’s most well-collected major character out of all of its Silver Age heavyweights. What’s left to collect? A handful of classic volumes we can safely map, the 90s, and many Asgardian supporting characters… but not Loki, who has now been covered quite comprehensively in oversize format!
